Misuse or exploit the Service for illegal activities or harmful purposes

Credits or tokens measure usage for AI-based document generation and refinements. Monthly and yearly plans offer different credit amounts. Any additional usage may require upgrades or additional credit purchases.

Credit Rollover: Code Draft does not guarantee the perpetual rollover of unused credits

All trademarks, content, and platform features belong to Code Draft. You retain rights to your original data and final generated documents. Use of Code Draft does not grant any ownership over our underlying technology or branding.
You own all rights to your original project data, ideas, and the final documentation generated using Code Draft.
Code Draft retains all rights to our software, algorithms, user interface, and proprietary technology.
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accept that policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your project information.
