You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard, and your access remains valid through the end of your billing cycle. Payment information is processed via Stripe and is subject to their security practices.

Code Draft facilitates AI-powered documentation creation for software development projects. You own any original content you upload or generate. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process and store your content to deliver and improve our functionality.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Code Draft for legitimate software documentation purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
Misuse or exploit the Service for illegal activities or harmful purposes
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or other users' access
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
Important: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or any behavior that violates our community standards.
Credits or tokens measure usage for AI-based document generation and refinements. Monthly and yearly plans offer different credit amounts. Any additional usage may require upgrades or additional credit purchases.
Credit Allocation: Credits are allocated monthly or annually based on your subscription plan
Usage Tracking: Credits are consumed based on AI processing complexity and document length
Credit Rollover: Code Draft does not guarantee the perpetual rollover of unused credits
Overages: Additional usage beyond your plan may require upgrade or additional purchases
All trademarks, content, and platform features belong to Code Draft. You retain rights to your original data and final generated documents. Use of Code Draft does not grant any ownership over our underlying technology or branding.
Your Content
You own all rights to your original project data, ideas, and the final documentation generated using Code Draft.
Our Platform
Code Draft retains all rights to our software, algorithms, user interface, and proprietary technology.
License Grant
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accept that policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your project information.
Code Draft provides automated documentation guidance but does not guarantee error-free AI outputs. You acknowledge that results may vary, and that you remain responsible for verifying code or documentation generated by the platform.
Important Disclaimer: We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to business losses, data loss, or damages resulting from AI-generated content accuracy.

• Service Availability: We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
